Senior Manager National and Key Accounts – Fastservice
Location: Rotterdam
 
This is a great opportunity for a strong and experienced Key Account Manager to work with and activate the #1 FMCG brand in the world.
Fastservice is changing rapidly. The way we live our lives, more conscious consumers and channel blurring are driving this change. In deep collaboration with our leading customers, Coca-Cola plays a leading role in creating solutions that respond to these changes. You will be responsible for accelerating growth in the Fastservice channel directly at the Fastservice national customers and via your channel vision and plan towards independent outlets.
We are looking for a candidate with solid sales experience and the creativity to find new and exciting ways to fulfill consumer and customer needs. Together with a cross-functional team you will play a leading role in creating value for our customers and Coca-Cola within Fastservice.  
 
 

The role

As Senior Manager National and Key Accounts you are responsible for leading strategic partnerships with our customers within Fastservice. You will manage this channel within the Dutch Out-of-Home team to maximize our return on investment by:

Developing the Fastservice channel plan and corresponding (joint) customer plans, in line with the overall marketing and commercial strategies
Sell in of customer plans and subsequently negotiating customer agreements that align our investments with the execution of our plan and maximize our return on investment
Leading a cross-functional team (including marketing and field sales) to ensure excellent execution of joint customer plans
Managing investment budgets to ensure volume and profit objectives are achieved
Supporting the Associate Director in setting long-term strategy for the Fastservice channel

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need:

  • Academic degree level education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Experience and proven track record with tenders and negotiations with large customers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop actionable customer plans based on consumer, shopper and customer insights and in line with customer needs
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to a cross-functional (indirect) team
  • Clear and concise communicator
